Teknoflex appoints Steve Waterson Production Control Manger
Teknoflex Ltd, the UK's largest manufacturer of Flexible Circuits, Sculptured Circuits, Flex-Rigid Multilayer’s and associated Component Assembly has recruited Steve Waterson to the position of Production Control Manager.
This appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s manufacturing team in response to a “year on year” increase of 20% in UK orders and a 320% increase in Export orders. A further 29 overseas customers have been secured during 2009 alone.
Steve has successfully led manufacturing teams for over 15 years at a senior level, implementing a number of successful change initiatives in previous roles. Steve has a Diploma in Management Studies and an H.N.C in Electronic and Electrical Engineering both of which will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position. Steve will be responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of production control, the continuing enhancement of the company’s MRP systems and the ongoing development of operational control systems to ensure that predetermined business objectives are met or exceeded.
